How do I register?

Online registration for the conference will open in early March 2026 and close in late May 2026. On-site registration will be available at a higher rate.

What is the registration fee?
  • Early Bird (before May 1, 2026): $275

  • After May 1, 2026: $325

  • On-Site Registration: $375

What is included in the registration fee?

Your registration includes:

  • Three meals during the conference:

    • June 9: Breakfast and Lunch

    • June 10: Breakfast

  • An inspiring keynote message from our nationally recognized speaker, Dr. Tim Crowley

  • Two featured breakout sessions designed to re-energize and motivate

  • Access to 66 concurrent breakout sessions presented by researchers and Missouri schools and districts

  • An engaging Poster Session

  • Networking opportunities throughout the event

What if I need to cancel my registration?

Registration fees, minus a $25 processing fee, may be refunded if a written request is emailed to Custom Meeting Planners at tammy@custommeetingplanners.com no later than May 10, 2026.

  • No refunds will be authorized after May 10, 2026.

  • Substitutions are permitted.

  • Full payment will be expected from registrants who do not attend and fail to notify Custom Meeting Planners in writing by May 10, 2026.

Is there a room block?

Yes. The group rate for Summer Institute 2026 is $154 per night.

  • A $20 resort fee will initially appear when booking online but will be removed after completing your reservation.

  • A tax exemption letter must be provided to receive this rate.

  • The group rate is available through May 8, 2026, based on availability.

How can I access session materials & resources? All session materials and resources will be available in the Guidebook App and on our website prior to the conference.

After the conference:

  • Breakout session materials will remain available online.

  • Selected breakout sessions will be videotaped and shared on the website.

Can I attend virtually? There are no virtual attendance options available. However, materials will be accessible online after the conference.

What should I bring?

We recommend bringing:

  • A refillable water bottle (water stations will be available)

  • A laptop or tablet

  • Comfortable shoes (breakout rooms are spread throughout the conference center)

  • A sweater or jacket (room temperatures may vary)

  • A personal hotspot (Wi-Fi is free but can be spotty)

Downloading and using the Guidebook app will help reduce Wi-Fi usage during sessions.

Why do I need to wear my name badge at all times?

Your conference name badge serves as your entry ticket to:

  • Meals

  • Poster Session

  • Karaoke Social

  • Prize redemption for Scratcher Tickets

How do I claim prizes from my Scratcher Tickets?

Scratcher Tickets will be distributed throughout the conference with a variety of fun prizes.

To claim your prize:
