The Advanced Tier Spreadsheet (Classic) and Advanced Tier Spreadsheet (Time Segments) have been revised. The Advanced Tier Spreadsheet (Classic) now has automated phase change lines. Now, when the intervention changes, simply enter a “1” in the cell corresponding to the date of the change. This will add a vertical line indicating a new phase.
The Advanced Tier Spreadsheet (Time Segments) has been revised to make it more flexible for schools to use, and fixes a bug. This spreadsheet allows teams to collect and chart DPR data for up to 7 class periods, and 30 students per workbook.
Updates include the following:
- users can now individualize class period/topic for each student
- users can individualize points possible for each period
- points autofill, saving time, but users can also modify for any given day and period, if needed
- goal line is set by entering on data table; this replaces the moveable goal line
- period column headers are color coded to match the line graph
