The School Safety Survey (SSS) helps teams to identify student risk factors in and around the school, as well as systems that the school has in place to protect students from these different risk factors. The Data Based Decision Making/Solution Plan (DBDM/Solution Plan) is a six-step process for using student office discipline referral (ODR) data to improve student behavior and school climate. The DBDM/Solution Plan guides SW-PBS teams to select and implement targeted intensifications of evidence-based practices (prevention, teaching, positive feedback and corrective feedback). Teams are encouraged to complete an
