New U.S. Department of Education Requirements

In order for  schools to provide students with disabilities  with Free Appropriate Public Education v(FAPE), The U.S. Department of Elementary and  Secondary Education has  issued a new guidance document requiring schools to provide students with IEP access to Positive Behavior  Interventions and  Supports and to reduce exclusionary disciplinary practices.
